Ronald Corvington

Hi, I’m Ronald Corvington, a passionate Calisthenics coach dedicated to helping you discover your true physical potential, no matter your current level.

Through bodyweight training, I guide you to build strength, mobility, and balance while improving your confidence and connection with your body. My goal ? Is to make Calisthenics accessible, enjoyable, and effective for everyone.

My mission

My concept of calisthenic is to empower everyone to move better, feel stronger, and progress safely.
I believe Calisthenics is more than just a workout, it’s a mindset. It teaches discipline, patience, and resilience while sculpting both the body and the mind.

Whether you’re a beginner taking your first step into fitness or already training, I’ll help you progress at your own pace with a program adapted to your needs and goals.

My method

Every person is unique, and so is every training session.
My method is based on adaptability, personalization, and progression:

  • Exercises tailored to your level and abilities

  • Focus on proper form, mobility, and balance

  • Step-by-step progressions to avoid injuries

  • Encouragement and positive feedback in every session

You’ll notice results from the very first sessions, not only in strength and mobility, but also in confidence and control over your body.

Tuesday
Calisthenics Moves & Mobility (Summer only)

A lower-body complete session to improve :

  • Mobility, strength and balance
  • Body awareness and coordination
  • Lower-body strength and explosiveness
    This class helps prevent injuries and improve everyday movement.
Friday
Handstands & Balance

At first intimidating, but quickly addictive !

  • Handstand mecanism and balance control
  • Safe methods to fall and bailout
  • Progressive exercises to build strength and confidence
Saturday
Kids class from 8 to 16Y

Learn technical moves : 

  • Handstands
  • Different levers
  • Full planche
  • Work on the legs 
  • Movement in general
Sunday
Full Skills & Body Awareness

A complete training session on :

  • Strength and mobility
  • Core engagement and posture
  • Injury prevention and joint reinforcement
    You’ll work on movements that challenge gravity and unlock your full potential.
