It combines elements of yoga, Pilates, functional training, pole dance and more — yet remains unique. It’s not just about physical performance, but also about building discipline, resilience and willpower.

With Calisthenics, you’ll learn to:

Our method is designed to help you train, progress and evolve at your own pace, while learning how to move with strength, balance and control.

Where to start ?

You can join our group classes, or opt for personal or duo training depending on your goals.

Beginners and intermediates are welcome!
Whether you’re discovering Calisthenics or already practicing on your own, our classes are designed to help everyone progress safely and effectively.

We offer different class themes focused on:

  • Mobility & flexibility

  • Handstands & balance

  • Body awareness & strength training

  • Skill development (muscle-ups, levers, etc.)

Classes take place indoors from September to June, and outdoors during summer bootcamps, depending on the weather.

For personal training, sessions can be organized indoors or outdoors, according to your preference.

Tuesday
Calisthenics Moves & Mobility (Summer only)

A lower-body complete session to improve :

  • Mobility, strength and balance
  • Body awareness and coordination
  • Lower-body strength and explosiveness
    This class helps prevent injuries and improve everyday movement.
Friday
Handstands & Balance

At first intimidating, but quickly addictive !

  • Handstand mecanism and balance control
  • Safe methods to fall and bailout
  • Progressive exercises to build strength and confidence
Saturday
Kids class from 8 to 16Y

Learn technical moves : 

  • Handstands
  • Different levers
  • Full planche
  • Work on the legs 
  • Movement in general
Sunday
Full Skills & Body Awareness

A complete training session on :

  • Strength and mobility
  • Core engagement and posture
  • Injury prevention and joint reinforcement
    You’ll work on movements that challenge gravity and unlock your full potential.
